The staff was rude and when trying to resolve the problem identified they tried to downplay and send me in circles. Awaiting response from General Manager. Daughter purchased 2 virgin Shirley temples and was told they were 3.00 each. She was charged for 2 alcoholic beverages (she is 12). She discovered it when she got back to room and when I went to resolve they insisted they could do nothing to help. Lacking integrity trying to overcharge a 12 year old and charging her for alcoholic beverages instead of sodas. Valet parking was declined, I will not give a stranger my car keys and when rushing to get checked out to get to early volleyball game they valet was rude and insisting I give my car keys up. I was parked and rushing to pack and get out. Would not recommend this due to horrible customer service.

Our Ocean view room was simplistic but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is pet-friendly paid $75 fee. Suggest better lighting in bathroom to do makeup and hair. Shower was amazing! Will visit again

Staff was extremely courteous. Check in and check out was very quick. Valet service was amazing. Room was kept clean throughout stay with fresh towels, linens, other necessities, and conveniences.
