The staff were present and helpful. The facility was clean and modern. This is a high-energy place with lots of great activities.

A good location with clean restaurants and rooms. Indoor pool was a good alternative on rainy days. This hotel, however, should not be considered handicap accessible. The doors to the garage are not automatic, the accessible rooms do not have a truly accessible layout, and even with what they do have, they have not considered various types of disabilities. Otherwise, seems to be a great stop for the more able-bodied. There are vegan / diet friendly restaurant options.

The hotel having what is essentially a private beach and outdoor seating area for those who are sand averse was wonderful. It is a bit far (walking distance) from external dining and activities if you aren’t prepared to walk a mile round trip or so. (Not bad for us, but something others may want to know). Check in was a bit rough over Labor Day weekend. The room I had reserved over a month prior was not available; I was given no information about the hotel or facilities and was only provided breakfast vouchers and information on facilities and activities on a second stop at the check in the following morning. As a recommendation again for others, if you would like to dine at the resort restaurants, I’d say to book the reservations when you book the stay to ensure times you can go, as they were mostly booked solid upon arrival, even after the Labor Day Monday.
