It showed kids pool heated indoor and out door kids pool well the one outside was closed the one inside was freezing and the spouts weren’t working told a worker about how cold it was he said he’d let engineers know but know but came to check it out while we were there till 9:00pm

We came to this hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary. My husband selected the option for ocean view with balcony. We arrive and there was one person working the desk/ long line. Then we get to our room and our room is facing the adjacent hotel. I went down to ask for an ocean view since this is what we thought we were paying for; the lady said that it was a partial view room. I responded that this was false advertising and if it is partial view it needs to be clearly stated prior to reserving the room. They said they are all booked for ocean view (lady next to me in line had the same exact complaint). Then we try to use the sink in the bathroom and it was covered in hair and clogged. I called customer service to have someone come clean and de clog the sink. No one showed up. I took a shower the next morning and the outlet in the bathroom was out so I had to dry my hair in the kitchenette area. Great location; but not the best hotel experience

Obtaining a good cup of coffee was difficult. They provided coffee in the room but finding a place for cream was just ridiculous. Also, finding a grocery store to pickup food items was also not close at all. I will probably not stay here again.

The room was a bit of a mess. We were given very few towels. The shower head sprayed water everywhere and no matter what you did, the bathroom floor flooded when you took a shower. Also one of the phones did not work and when they came to replace it, they did not close the door.

Our stay was awesome. We are pleased for everything. To some room for improvement I would like to suggest improve Wi-Fi log in, every time that you log off you have to put password again, could be once a day, like at night time as per majority of hotels. It is very annoying to have to use hotel password each time to log in your devices.

Overall it was good. I liked the room. We had both views. Ocean and city. And also a sitting area and kitchen. The Staff were very friendly too. Would go again.

The apartment itself was falling apartment and the pull out couch wins the most uncomfortable sleeping surface I have ever encountered award. But the pool, nearby boardwalk, close restaurants make it worthwhile to stay at again

The hotel did not have our reservation. They said, “When using a third-party to book, such as Expedia, many folks often do not show up in the system.” We had to wait a long time to eventually be told that they found a room, but not the room we booked. Don’t use Expedia. Go through the hotel to book here.

Para empezar yo reservé una estadía en el hotel hilton con expedida y cuando llegué al hotel mi reserva no estaba ellos dijeron que expedía olvidó enviar mi reserva nos acomodaron en otro cuarto más pequeño por el mismo precio el cuarto olía terrible el sillón olía a pescado a mi sobrina y mi mamá la picaron unos animalitos en el cuero y encontramos cucaracha mi sobrina puso la queja todos los días y nadie acudió a revisar el último día pusimos la queja tomamos fotos de los animalitos y la cucaracha y solo dijeron que ellos habían llevado a inspeccionar la habitación y no había nada aún habiendo videos no colocaron papel higiénico así que tuvimos una pésima esperoncia tanto con el l hotel como con expadia
