This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area located in the heart of the best location of the resort where you see the sunrise and sunset from roof deck. 5-minute walk to the board walk, 2 blocks from grocery and ABC store. 3 blocks from two entertainment stages. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units with off street, on street and parking garage (two blocks) easily three cars no charge. Extra charge for additional, I have options for more. Walking distance to the best bar and restaurants with many amenities added.
Building ((fifth summer since new 2020) especially designed for the parents, children and grandchildren to enjoy their week vacation at the beach and create those memories. Instead of hiding away in the isolation of a beach only enjoy it all. Short drive north or south for that isolated beach, but the safe lifeguarded beach is 5 minutes from your front door. Stay here get everything. Think two units 2 bedroom and three bedrooms. Something for everyone. second floor above carport is a two bedroom with the same appliances as main kitchen floor except no oven (electric skillet, toaster oven and hot plate added) two bedrooms with shower and shower/tub combo, sofa bed. While your adult children are on the deck or in the kitchen living room late at night you are with the grandkids, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor for your own world Third floor three bedrooms. Master with own bath, Jack and Jill two bedrooms one bathroom. Fourth floor living area with day bed and full bath, 75 inch TV . Enjoy the gas fire glass fireplace. Island seating and dining table. Two living rooms roof deck and fourth floor. Grill food for the roof deck or take it down to the dining space on the fourth floor. Two washer and dryers on second and third floor. Think cruise ship once onboard you have it all. Bring your coffee to the roof deck for the rise and your glass wine for the sunset. The building is a hurricane designed (windows and floors) commercial building. Lighted common areas halls and garage, fire sprinklers, smoke and carbon detectors throughout. Insulation and soundproofing (the whole exterior of the building is foamed and bat insulation to the max, including interior walls. (You will need to go to the roof deck or open your window to hear the waves of the beach. Enjoy the roof deck firepit and grill cookout without the pesky summer BUGS.
Owner is a pilot; bugs do not have a license to fly 40 feet in the air.

If you are looking for more beds, please let me know. I can add a full unit or a split of a two bed or three unit has a crib (302). The three units have each private roof deck, by a locked gate. Rent side by side units, families can move from one unit to the other (limit of 15 at a time on each deck, fire code). Max if 45 in my building.

The property was everything a a large group could ask for. Everyone had their own space if they needed some quiet time, and there was a larger open kitchen/tv room area we all could catch up and gather around. the host John was great very responsive, great guy.

Great Location.
This place was very roomy for 3 families. Yes it has 4 set of stairs but in my opinion they are easy to navigate. The rooftop patio was was a bonus. We experience a few hiccups with the internet which is need if yo want to watch tv on your down time but the owner was on too of it when i notified him. I will be book this rental next summer if its available in a heart beat.

The location is absolutely amazing. The listing looks like a single but is a three unit town house which is confusing in the listing so there was a little confusion on parking when we arrived but Jon cleared it up quickly and myself and the other renters were able to navigate where to put the cars. The top floor bathroom has a reasonable amount of black mold growing so we kept it closed up. That was the only thing of concern. Traveling with family can be taxing and mine didn’t let me down on that. Jon and I had to work out a kink with my son deciding to toss sunflower seeds off the roof and he handled it well and professionally. My apologies again as he knows better and my brother in law encouraged it but I addressed it as soon as it was brought up.

Cozy stay in the heart of Virginia Beach
We started out a bit apprehensive about the property as the listing was very confusing. The owner was very responsive to all our questions, which was a big help. We did find that having three floors vs. two was a bit much for some in our party but it worked out. It's a great location close to the beach and boardwalk, which is exactly what we wanted!

Property was beautiful and great location, walking distance to all you need and a short drive to the excursions and aquarium. There were alot of stairs in the home which was difficult for some of the older members of our group. The shower liner curtains could be replaced and better attention to detail on "unused" beds. I have to say we all loved the place and would definitely return. Jon the owner was a pleasure to work with and very attentive. Thank you

This is a great house in the heart of Virginia Beach. This house was perfect for a family getaway. Has everything you need and has an amazing rooftop hangout. Location is within walking distance of the beach, grocery store, 711, and restaurants. Jon was a very accommodating host. Would highly recommend it.

This home is just a short walk from the beach and has a small view of the water from the rooftop deck. Great location for large groups with several beds/bathrooms and separation between the upstairs and downstairs living areas. Two kitchens are great for preparing large family meals. Parking is tight but the owner was gracious enough to provide all the passes we needed for our visit.

Great family vacation unit!
We had 5 families, ranging from no kids to 3 kiddos. You must be able to do stairs for this unit. We constantly walked up & down the stairs. The bottom bedrooms are a lock-out unit with 2 bedrooms & 2 bath. Next floor up- 3 bdrms & a bunk setup- we put kids out there. Top floor was the kitchen area with large TV & foosball table- our family enjoyed it (got loud) we are typically quieter. The roof was FABULOUS! Chairs, sofa, grill & firepit. Can see the ocean. 7-11 store right next door. PARKING- challenging- but doable. 2 cars park under the unit one in back one in front of it. 2 on the street (if available) and Jon provides a parking passes for a fifth car. So have a strategy if multiple cars. Jon- He works with you...gets right on any issue- lightning hit a pole, no internet. He had it fixed the next day- it was the whole neighborhood. Will stay again!

Home away from Home
This is my 2nd time staying at the property and its definitely home away from home. Being more familiar of the area and being in a familiar property made it more comfortable. I love that the added rooms were included on the 2nd floor. It was great for grandparents who don't like to deal with stairs. I love that there were beach chairs, a cart and beach toys easily available to use. The only drawback that I could say is the parking space. It can be a bit confusing who parks where when you first get there… and if a car is not pulled all the way in or close to the first car, it makes getting in and out very challenging. However, there were other options to park which was very convenient. My family and I plan to make it an annual place to vacation. Jon was very easy to get a hold of and was very helpful.
