Fourth of July weekend
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat rental. Covered all of our needs. Great views of sunrise. The pool was very nice to be able to come back and use for evening swims with the family after a day at the beach or after dinner since it gets full evening sun. The host was very prompt with answering questions and made arrangements to fix things what needed repaired while we were there. The pool is also very well maintained as there was a pool cleaning service making their rounds early one morning. Plenty of hot water for showers, dishes, clothes washer.
Would book it again or even consider buying it if they were selling.

Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice beach house in Sandbridge, with pool and hot tub, everything clean and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Owner is easy to contact if questions. Walk to the store and restaurant and ice cream shop. It's pretty perfect.

Great kick off to summer
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location if you are looking to spend your days at the beach, wind down at the pool and hot tub, this is perfect. Plenty of space. Description of property is accurate. Kitchen is well stocked. Pictures are what the property looks like. The owner is very helpful and responsive! We didn’t have any issues during our stay. We definitely would consider staying here again. Thank you!!

Roomy, well supplied kitchen but the table and chairs are cramped against the wall or hinder the walkway if pulled out. Double doors to bedroom areas did a good job of keeping out noise from the living area. Quirky isolated game room is smelly, but would be a great separate space for older kids.
Pool and hot tub were very nice.
Great location, beach access across the street one house down, grocery and restaurant one block away. Parking for at least 4 cars.

Thank you. Yes we are clean comfortable and have a great location , pool and hot tub. My family is staying here this weekend and we walked to dinner at the Sandbridge Island Restaurant last night and had great steamed shrimp crab cakes and pizza . I walked to the market for coffee and donuts this morning.
The beach out front has clear water and few crowds I’m looking at the ocean as I type this.
It is a classic beach cottage built in 1984 and not brand new so we are constantly updating as we must do to compete with the brand new giant beach boxes that have been built on this Beach in recent years. But to me that is part of the charm of this vacation rental. We are not brand new , But …We have renovated the kitchen and have new carpets and paint and furnishings and do our best to update every year and during the season. Yesterday I added 4 new loungers for the pool and tossed out two old “ dated” ones. Last week it was a new gas grill. We are a work in progress let me tell you. But aren’t all houses?
The game room is a converted garage and is yes maybe a little quirky and we built it for the older kids to have a hangout. So you are right on target! It has been cooped up all winter so maybe a little musty but that’s been corrected and I’m putting in a new AC unit. It has its own tv and ping pong and refrigerator and sofas so teenagers come on!!
