Travelling with kids it's great to have the suite options. It was a great layout and really spacious. With indoor and outdoor pools in addition to the beachfront hotel, we had a fabulous time and we sure will return.

Fantastic hotel for families away from noise!
This is our second stay here and this time was even better! Our room was updated since last year with an AWESOME West Elm daybed convertible bed for our daughter, and the room was super spacious. Couldn’t hear ANYTHING from other rooms. Bathrooms clean, sheets/etc all clean. Only issue was the third elevator wasn’t working, so getting up and down was a bit annoying. But that’s literally it. Fantastic hotel, great location away from all the nonsense/loud noises/people and close to the best pizza restaurant there (planet pizza). Def recommend!

Great time at VB
We had a fantastic time in Virginia Beach. The hotel was clean, had great pools, a variety each morning for breakfast, and great location. It was on the beach, with so many restaurants within walking distance.

2nd time staying here is a very nice hotel with everything you need . However this time we didn’t have the best experience . 1st we were ask if we wanted our room cleaned and of course I said yes. Well that never happened no one ever came to clean our room had to call front desk to request towels and toilet paper . Next problem we needed ice well the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working I called the front desk so they are aware of the situation instead of being helpful they just said oh yes I’m sorry that machine is not working just go to 2nd or 3rd floor . Okay now I’m on the 12th floor so now I have to hunt for ice but unfortunately another problem out of the 3 elevators only 2 were working so the wait for a elevator was ridiculous 15 minutes so from going to get ice for 2 seconds ended up being over 1 hr . Absolutely ridiculous!! Went to 3rd floor machine wasn’t working Oky now I take the steps down to 2nd floor so I’m not waiting another 15 minutes for elevator . Other than that love the hotel love the location the breakfast is good . Rooms are big and spacious!!

We were doubled charged. Once through Expedia and once through the hotel. The front desk stafff of the hotel was very rude about the experience, and not helpful at all. We didn’t receive housekeeping once during our stay. Had to go to them to ask for toilet paper, garbage bags, fresh towels. We took our own garbage out daily.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight girls night stay! Great location and easy, free parking! PROS: -location, easy walk to so many shops and dining! -room was comfortable and clean -property is in excellent kept condition -indoor and outdoor pools -free breakfast -good balconies CONS: -elevators weren't all working and seems to be a common issue -breakfast area was way too small for the size hotel, waited in line for almost 20 mins to enter breakfast on a weekday -pool has very limited seating and not connected to the hotel, easy walk but a bit confusing at first -staff at the front desk wasnt the friendliest. Ultimately helpful and not direct issues, but attitudes. Overall id recommend this hotel for a quick getaway but some of these issues may be frustrating for a longer stay.
