Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful home. Loved the location. Kitchen was stocked with quality items and had everything you needed. The layout worked perfectly for all family members. Had places to gather and visit with family members and play games as well as places to for quiet time. Love the outside balconies on the 2nd floor. Laundry room was a great size. Beach access was close and it was great having beach carts. Pool area was spacious and chairs plentiful. Great table for playing games by the pool while the kids swam. Loved the game room area. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Family Beach Vacation
Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhen looking for a place to stay for our family vacation we selected this home due to the amenities it offered and the size for our 7 family members. Everything was perfect when we arrived and very clean, we were not disappointed. Check in was very easy as well as check out with very little to do compared to other places we have rented. Very comfortable home with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very easy and with the placement of the home we were not crowded at the beach. The management staff for the home were great and contacted us soon after we arrived to make sure everything was up to expectations and if they could do anything for us in any way. I would highly recommend a stay here and would stay again if the opportunity was available. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is amazing! Everything one could possibly need is provided. We cooked several meals for the whole family without any problems. There is so much room to spread out or be all together. My most favorite spot was the room at the very top of the house, which we dubbed the “book nook”
Management is excellent about answering any questions. Our time at Anchor Down went way to fast.

What a great stay

Only thing I can possibly say and I’m nit picking here ,is front door should have a sheer covering on it for privacy and dining room light needs to be brighter. That said, I would absolutely rent again without hesitation

Loved Sandbridge
Publié le 30 août 2023 sur HomeAwayLoved our stay in Sandbridge. House was perfectly set up for two families with double master suites upstairs and a wing with three bedrooms for kids downstairs. Our families loved the pool and the teens had fun taking over the pool house. Extra beverage fridge was so helpful. One of the best properties we have rented.

Amazing beach birthday celebration!!

The house was clean and well planned, beds comfortable, pool was amazing and the Cabana was such a nice space to hang out. I hope to rent it again as early as next year. Thank you for the beautiful memories my family made staying in your lovely home!
