De façon générale les installations (piscine et pourtour)sont propres, bien tenues et l’environnement tranquille.
Toutefois, l’appartement aurait besoin d’une bonne rénovation. Également, une bonne partie des meubles comme le matelas, table, réfrigérateur et four devrons êtres changés.
Nous avons eu une très bonne coopération des hôtes lors de demandes spécifiques (évier et serviettes).
Nous avons adoré notre séjour pour y retourner.

Une tempête le premier jour a un peu gâché notre séjour mais très vite rattrapé par la mer chaude et le soleil des jours suivants

Absolutely awesome!
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was one of the most ideal stays we have encountered. From the opening communication to the moment we left, we could not have asked for a better experience. The unit is a studio but held everything we could need and want. The owners were wonderfully communicative and provided depth information. Above all, the unit is so wonderfully located, right next to the boardwalk and beach. I could only wish I could give everything more than 5 stars!

Weekend beach getaway!!

The beach was REALLY close to the room and the pool was right there as well. There was a lot to do in the immediate area and Virginia Beach as a whole was really beautiful. We had a nice weekend. The owners were very informative, communicated well and were responsive to us. The parking was okay but would've been better if it was on the property itself and not across the street. Where we parked near the 7/11, someone tampered with our vehicle.

1st Visit to Area
Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat communication with host! Unit was older than some, cleaner than most. Had all the essentials plus SO MUCH MORE. It was definitely home away from home with a beach cottage feel in a great location. I would stay again, hands down.

Perfect Stay
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI brought my 70 year old mother to Virginia Beach for her first time. The cottage was perfect for the 2 of us. The location is perfect if you want a quite get away. The cottage was just steps from beach, pool was very nice, and the location to the trolley was an added bonus. The cottage clean and everything it was advertised to be an more. I would definitely stay here again.

The only other thing was once you pulled out the sofa there was barely enough room to get around safely for me. With bed pulled out and the coffee table at the end I had a really hard time getting to bathroom otherwise it was good

Not Handicapped Friendly
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is an older property. There are no ramps to access the rental level. Your car will be kept in a lot adjacent to a 7-11 across the street from the rental. Several steps lead from the unloading area to the rental level. Anyone having mobility issues should contact owner with specific questions prior to booking reservation.
