Fourth of July get away

Fishing Vacation
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were looking for a rental property near a marina for a fishing vacation and this met our needs perfectly. This house is just a few steps away from boat slips, boat ramp and tackle shop with fuel. The owners are very nice and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. We will definitely make a return trip! Note: If the cabin seems small for anyone, check out the house (Sailor’s Rest). We were given a tour of the property before we left. It’s a very spacious 4 bedroom house with a private dock.
We recommend this place for anyone looking for a vacation spot where you can bring your boat. If you don’t have a boat, you can charter with Captain Billy!

Adorable Tiny Cottage

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to stay. We stayed two nights for a trip to see Tangier Island. Convenient location for area attractions.

Relaxing Recharging Vacation

The area is very quiet which is exactly what we needed and wanted. There are two cute wineries very close for a rainy day. Being right in a marina is perfect for crabbing right outside your door. I would definitely return and recommend.

Perfect Stay!
Publié le 29 août 2021 sur HomeAwayMy fiancé, sister in law, and I arrived in town for the short weekend for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed! Plenty of room and the beds were super comfy!!! Next time we visit we will be checking to see if this place is available!

Perfect Get Away
Publié le 9 août 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful short stay to celebrate a birthday. The location was great and being able to dock our boat and come and go as we please on the water was wonderful. Lots of options to take boats out to lunch and dinner. Hosts were wonderful and always accessible if needed. Cabin well stocked and perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small kids - they loved the loft area to sleep. Will be back again!
