One of the Best Rental Properties EVER

The valley setting is incredibly peaceful, leading us to gather around the firepit for chili the first evening and on the deck for coffee every morning. The hosts have provided everything guests will need. The kitchen is well equipped, which helped our preparation for my son’s wedding celebration nearby. The cabinets are labeled for convenience. We didn’t want to leave!

Our site pictures reflect the size of the main floor bedroom. Wisconsin winters can be brutal. Moving the laundry room to the basement without direct inside access, was a safety concern of ours carrying laundry on the outdoors stairs. We appreciate your input.

Cute cabin in the hills
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family loved this cabin. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The cabin was clean and there were many things on hand to make our stay comfortable. The host was so kind. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Beautiful cabin and location

With a large age range (1-17) it can be difficult to find something that will work for everyone, but this cabin was a perfect fit for all of us. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the basement was a nice bonus area for my boys to hang out! We enjoyed fishing, visiting the shops downtown, and just the down time together sitting by the fire or playing the board games that were provided in the cabin. Also, the WIFI was really good, which was important to my daughter as she was working on finishing an online class while we were there. Mary and Taylor were very quick to respond to messages and promptly answered any questions we had. I would recommend this cabin and hosts to anyone and wish we could have stayed longer.

Crazy, Cozy, Cool

Unplugged Family Getaway
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a great property to unplug but still close to the conveniences of Viroqua. We enjoyed cooking some meals over the campfire, but the kitchen was well equipped too. Mary was a great host and we had no issues!

Weekend Cabin Getaway

The cabin is clean and has all the necessities you’ll need during your stay. Our host was always prompt to respond to any questions we may have. Highly recommend ordering from their online store, Henry Pastures, and having fresh farm raised meat delivered right to the fridge of the cabin upon your arrival. You won’t be disappointed with your stay!
