There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed there, on the 4th floor, for 400 people and it didn’t start until 11pm. The front counter smiled and said there will be noise.
So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out.
The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night.

Publié le 24 oct. 2019 sur HotelsI spent a couple of nights at the Best Western and, overall, it was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower worked well (though it took quite a while for the water to get hot).
My only issue was with the service. Specifically, if they knew i was going to be there for two days, why did they only set my card key to be active for one day? This caused a bit of a problem on day 2, as i had to get to a meeting, but couldnt get into my room to get things I needed. And it isnt as if this was a simple correction. For some reason, it took several trips to reception because the new keys wouldnt work, either. It seems that this would be easily resolved by activating the key card appropriately upon check-in.

Hotel is packed in a buzzing market, no vegetation around.
I stayed in Room no 101 on 2 Nd October night. Bath/shower area is really bad, no place to move your hands. No taps at shower place.
Bath room should be spacious.

Great place to stay and liked their unlimited breakfast buffet.
