Customer friendly staff. Quick check in formalities,tidy room with all the facilities.breakfast spread and staff is very quick to attend customer needs . Overall great experience .

Had previously stayed at the hotel multiple times during our visit to India. However, this visit we encountered a few issues. The room was ok but the bathroom needed to be cleaned more throughly. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi connection to the room which was very inconvenient. Had to speak to the front desk and even show the absence of SreeKanya on available networks. Had to spend the day with no access. Will update if things improve on our return to hotel next week.

Had the opportunity to stay for four days. The front desk were pleasant and helpful. I liked that all the staff was masked and the place was neat. Special kudos to Lakshmi on the 3rd floor who was friendly & helpful. She brought in fresh towels when needed.
