Worst stay I’ve had in recent past

Worst management. Called them to check if 3 people can stay in a room and I was told that they’d provide an extra bed for the third guest. After multiple attempts and screaming they provided the extra bed at 10:30PM when kids were already asleep after a long flight. There were no water bottles in the room and I had to go to visit the reception desk twice to even get the complementary water bottles that I was “Supposed” to have at the time of check in. After all this we checked out all our rooms and they called me like after 3 hours for an outstanding bill and asked me to pay when I’m no more in the city to pay the bill online. I really hope they either remove Lemon tree from the brand name or change the name to something else so they don’t fool others the same way.

Awesome hotel experience

I stayed at Keys Hotel Visakhapatnam from Jan 1 to Jan 5 with my wife and parents and I can proudly say that the hotel is well maintained at one of the best location. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, and they fulfilled each of our request with utmost care. My wife and Mom are allergic to house dust and to my surprise they made our room spotless and dustless. Many thanks to Naveen Kumar for this. My heartily thanks go to PLN Murthy, Naveen Kumar, Pedapudi Siva, Sukesh Yogesh, Shiva and all other staffs whose name I can’t recall. They all are extremely helpful and took the best care of my family. I could not have asked more. I have stayed in many hotels in many countries and I can proudly say I had one of the best hotel experience during my stay at Keys. A huge thanks to Keys Hotel staff from the bottom of my heart.

A Good One.

Stay was good. Breakfast was sumptuous. Service personnel were excellent. Not sure the AC air filters were cleaned. Sometimes the AC odor is not right. We stayed in the 12th floor.

Room size was very small, Service was very Slow, In room dining options were very few and was very costly.
