Upon arrival to Hotel, it seemed ok. I checked in, went to my room and it seems cleaned. Checked the mini fridge and amount a small frozen cockroach dead inside. Did not think much of at that time, so walk away and went out to sight seen. When I returned to my room late that night and open my door to enter, cockroach crawling on the loor, looked at the wall there was another one. Long story short, cockroaches all over the place, could not spend the night there and drive home for 3 hours as the front service employee did not have authority to switch to another room. Furthermore she stated to come back tomorrow and speak to her manager for a refund which turned out to be a flat lie as the manager would be back on Monday 19 August 2024.
Another red flag was the smell of a damp floor corridors. I will never booked a room in this Hotel. Stay away from this place.

Every time I called the front desk from my room no one answered, cleaning staff does not automatically come to your room every morning to clean, you have to ask for it the night before which I wasn’t told until I realized my room didn’t get cleaned the next day, there was a dude on drugs or mentally unstable that circled the property walking all day/ night talking to himself, he looked homeless and made it very uncomfortable and a unsafe feeling when walking out your room. I would recommend paying a little more to stay somewhere else, I wish I did.

Spotless. Property is a bit dated, but it was very clean and spacious -- while also being pet-friendly. Would definitely recommend for people traveling with pets.
