Not as good as it used to be. Wake up!

All good but some services were stopped due to Covid. No more laundry service. Also the quality of the breakfast is nothing compared to 2 years ago. Fruit platters are not fresh, less assortment. This is still a good option but instead of maintaining or imporving it is deteriorating. I hope it will catch up soon because I like the location and would like to avoid changing place

Hello,We apologize that your stay was less than satisfactory. We are looking into bringing back our pre-covid services such as laundry as well as expanding our breakfast and reincorporating some old favorites to the menu. Feedback such as your greatly assists in improving our hotel for our guests.

My main problem was with the carpets throughout the hotel and in our room. They needed either a deep cleaning or replacement. My other problem was how the photos and the verbiage eluded to ocean front views, and there was no ocean to be found. The breakfast area was severely understaffed.
