The Fun House - Basketball, Pickleball, cornhole, yardies, can jam and Soccer

Hey everyone, THE FUN house consists of all your favorite games, a professional basketball court a huge yard that is fully gated even parking. This is perfect for gas with animals or kids. She's also perfect for kids birthdays etc. with the size of the yard.
The yard is fully Hardscape and Artificial Turf, so no matter what time of the season it's gonna look just like the photos. I also have five big tables and chairs for guests The beach is a 10 minute drive and there are plenty of food options nearby. Home is Handicap friendly

This Property is not meant for adult rager parties the Niebor hood is quiet and we would like music outside to stop by 10pm.

Excellent stay!
Rented this property to celebrate my daughter’s bday with a few of her close friends and relatives. The property was exactly as described and clean. The neighborhood is quaint and the kids had a great time playing basketball and jumping on the trampoline. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thanks!

Not what we were expecting
On arrival the house appeared to be clean. The house smelled clean and nice, the bathrooms were pretty clean, the kitchen counter and sink were also clean. From there the ratings started to drop. Looking in the kitchen cupboards we noticed a real lack of cups, glasses and dishes. During the cleanup of our first meal we found the dishwasher was almost full of dirty dishes left by the previous renters probably because there wasn't any dishwasher soap in the cupboards. The house has a lot of light switches most of which don't do anything, I'm not sure if the lights were just burned out or if the switches were abandoned. The master bedroom smoke detector didn't have a battery. When we tried to open the master bedroom door from the inside the handle pulled off and would not stay on. The master bedroom ceiling light/fan had the electrical wires showing and the ceiling can lights didn't work. It was winter so it was cold, when we went looking for extra blankets we found then wadded up on the floor of the bedroom closets. Also the extra blankets were stained and dirty. Two of the bathrooms were completely out of body wash. The hallway bathroom sink faucet was dribbling water constantly and the toilet sometimes would not refill after a flush. The house did have a lot of outdoor games however the balls were scattered all over the yard and most were deflated. Overall, the house has the potential but needs a professional deep cleaning and repairs. Very disappointing.

Always a great time!
We’ve stayed at the Fun House once before, and we’ve never been disappointed. Far from it, in fact! The house is so nice, many amenities and it’s such a great place for a group of friends to stay! Daniel is a fantastic host, as well! He is so nice and communicates everything very well, and makes sure we feel taken care of. No doubt in my mind that others will have as pleasant of a stay as we did.

Short stay
Pros: communication, ease of check in/out, amenities, location, pet friendly. Cons: cleanliness, safety. The property is quite worn down compared to pictures. The backyard was a hit with my older kids but there are many safety concerns and may not be suitable for younger children unless they are under constant supervision. It’s important to note that this is a 3 bedroom with a loft area equipped with a twin trundle bed. Daniel was a polite and communicative host. The rental is beautiful and has potential. I would book this property again, but maybe not for the price I paid.

Overall, a good place to stay!
We chose this property since it was close to our kids sports activities. Overall, the house itself was comfortable, had all the things we needed and was decorated nicely. The owner was great with communication as well. There are a few little home maintenance things that could be fixed here and there and there was trash in the backyard (maybe from previous renters?) The kids did enjoy the in ground trampoline!

Fabulous outdoor space!
We had such an amazing stay here with family and friends. The house itself was spacious and alllowed for multiple sleeping arrangements. Very cute kitchen and front room. But the outdoor area is the highlight. So much space for wide variety of activities. Would highly recommend!

Had an amazing weekend at this lovely home! The backyard is beautiful. This is the perfect location for a friend gathering or any occasion. The only trouble we had was WiFi wasn’t working that well but Daniel helped us fix it and was a great host. Overall this is a 5 star home I would definitely be booking again.

Amazing Backyard
The backyard was the hit of the weekend! Wonderful property. We stayed during Christmas weekend and they even had a tree up for us! The only discrepancy was this being advertised as a 4 bedroom home. It’s a 3 bedroom home with a 2nd family room area with 2 twins. A bedroom has doors, this ‘room’ did not. We were able to make it work but wished we would have know prior to arriving.
