## Space
In terms of decoration, solid wood dominates here, with country furniture, small old paintings and old family photos. Some carpets and tapestries remain upstairs.
On the layout side,

The kitchen has been completely redone and contains all the useful and essential equipment (oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils) and a large dining table that can accommodate 12 people
=> a lounge area with a sofa, numerous armchairs and a coffee table
A wood stove (usable only in winter) completes the set.
- You will also find on the ground floor a bathroom with shower and washing machine
- A separate cellar and toilet
Access to the upper floor is via a wooden staircase located at the back of the living room area.
Here, you will have 5 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets.
- A 1st bedroom with double bed (140x190cm)
- A 2nd bedroom with double bed (140x190cm)
- A 3rd bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm),
- A 4th bedroom with two single bunk beds (80x190cm)
- A 5th bedroom with double bed (140x190cm)
Outside, in this large wooded and enclosed 3000m² park, you will find several tables and chairs for dining as well as garden furniture and a rustic stone barbecue.
You can park up to 2 cars in front of the house and up to 3 in a small private car park in front of the gate.
- SHEETS and TOWELS sets can be provided ON ANTICIPATED REQUEST (€12 per person per stay)
- Baby equipment can be made available on request
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in the event of crossed arrival and departure.
- A DEPOSIT CHECK is required for each reservation.
- There is no wifi or television
Viviers-Du-Lac is a charming village, close to:
-the magnificent Lac du Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruising, etc.) – 5 minutes by car.
-from the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (club 1895) open all year – Less than 10 minutes from the city center by car.
-the city of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a broad architectural heritage – 15 minutes by car.
-the Bauges massif regional natural park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, cycling, hiking, paragliding, including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz – 40 minutes by car.
Before your arrival at the accommodation, you will receive a welcome booklet by email containing various practical and tourist information!
Viviers-Du-Lac is very well served:
- one hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble via the Alpine motorway network. The road network, both national and departmental, irrigates it directly, linking it doubly to Aix les Bains and Chambéry.
- its station served by the TER allows travelers to reach Aix les Bains or Chambéry in a few minutes, where the TGV takes you to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from the small Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.
- Several bus lines also allow you to reach the lake or town at different times of the day.
