A great accommodation means a great holiday.
Posted Apr. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayWe are two families with children who stayed in this beautiful house in March 2024, and it was a great experience. The area is quiet and away from traffic. It is located a few kilometers from the beach and is close to historical cities such as Pula and Rovinj. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the historic center of the town. There are a few restaurants, two supermarkets, and a pharmacy, doctor, and vet located within 2 minutes away by car.
The structure is provided by a large parking lot. The garden is beautiful and it has a many plants and trees. From there, you can watch your kids play or swim in the pool while sitting and taking a rest in a cozy armchair. The house is very large and comfortable, with air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped. Everything looks great and is very clean. We had a wonderful holiday. The owners were very kind, available for all our needs, and provided us with all the necessary information. We will definitely return.

Perfect villa to explore Istria
Posted Aug. 19, 2023 on HomeAwayElda is a great host. Lots of tips prior and during our stay, in particular the local town celebration evening on a Saturday evening which turned into one of the highlights of our trip.
The Villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated two families with older teenagers. The pool was also a big hit.
Vodnjan is a small town with everything you need within walking distance including supermarkets, bakers, bars and a few restaurants.
Activities nearby include diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, sea swimming, wine tasting, and exploring pretty coastal towns (Rovinj is worth a trip).
There is a church nearby where the bells strike at 7 each morning but this didn’t spoil our stay.
My only suggestion would be extra pillows for those who would like them on the beds.

Lovely house and pool
Posted Jun. 8, 2019 on HomeAwayGreat house, lots of space. Pool was cold but refreshing in the heat! Elda and her husband were very welcoming and explained all about the local area which was really helpful. This part of Croatia is beautiful and I would recommend it.

Einfach perfekt
Posted Sep. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayWir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Haus von Elda und ihrem Mann. Sehr warmherzige Menschen und sofort zur Stelle wenn was war oder wir Fragen hatten. Das Haus ist super sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Haus buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert:-)

Traumhaus mit Hund
Posted Sep. 4, 2024 on HomeAwayNach einer stressigen Autofahrt bekamen wir unsere Belohnung...das Traumhaus samt einer Traumvermieterin. Elda ist immer für einen da, sehr schnell über WhatsApp erreichbar und dabei äußerst diskret. Die Vermieterin wohnt nicht auf dem Anwesen.
Das Haus und der Garten sind wie auf den Fotos. Es ist ruhig gelegen.
Das Städtchen ist sehenswert, ein kleines Venedig. Man ist in 5 bis 15 Minuten am Meer. Alles liegt in der Nähe: Natur, Strand, Bars mit Strand und Action.
Der Pool ist perfekt sauber und wird auch zweimal die Woche gereinigt und überprüft.
Manche Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das tut dem Ganzen nichts.
Wenn man sehr groß ist (190cm) sind die Betten etwas zu kurz, hat uns aber nicht gestört.
Morgens erhält man viel Besuch... allerlei Vögelchen trinken und planschen im Pool. Niedlich.
Das Haus innen ist PERFEKT sauber. Es fehlt an Nichts. Eine kleine Überraschung bekommt man auch noch.
Wir hatten einen Hund (Schäferhund) dabei. Selbst sie war tierisch begeistert und genoss ihren Aufenthalt sehr. Bei kleinen Hunden muss man vielleicht etwas aufpassen, denn diese könnten aus dem hinteren Tor schlüpfen.
Ja, was sollte ich noch erwähnen...Bucht es einfach. Es lohnt sich definitiv. Danke Elda für diese traumhafte Woche!

schönen Urlaub

Die Gastgeberin ist immer sehr nett und Antwortet sehr schnell.
Das Haus sieht auf wie auf den Bildern und hat eine super Lage alles ( Supermarkt Meer...)
sind locker mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Es war ein Gelungener Urlaub.

Familienurlaub
Posted Jul. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayDie Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus inkl. Grundstück ist super gepflegt und bietet viel Platz. Das Städtchen ist urig und gemütlich. Strand und die nächstgrößere Stadt Pula sind in Kürze mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles top!

Super Ferien

Super gelegen für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wurde alle 2-3 Tage von einem Team gereinigt.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig.

Ganz liebe Eigentümer, Ausstattung nicht ganz modern
Posted Sep. 2, 2023 on HomeAwaySuper Villa in ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10-15min am Strand. In 5 min bei Plodine oder Konzum. Die Vermieter kümmern sich rührend um einen. Falls was nicht passt wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Rückmeldung bekommt man innerhalb weniger Minuten. Das Mobilar und die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hat uns aber persönlich nicht gestört. Alles war sauber und wir hatten unvergessliche 14 Tage Urlaub. Thanks Elda for this wonderful house:-)

Schöner Aufenthalt
Posted Aug. 7, 2023 on HomeAwayWir hatten eine gute Zeit bei Elda im Haus. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen Paare und 4 Kinder für 2 Wochen da. Der Platz im Haus und auf dem Grundstück ist wirklich ausreichend und die Lage gut um Diverses Unternehmungen zu starten. Elda und ihr Mann haben sich direkt um alles gekümmert wenn wir was hatten. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und auch die Großen hatten Spaß. Für große Familien ist das Haus zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich bemüht und kümmern sich umgehend um alle Angelegenheiten, dass ist nicht immer der Standard. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.
