We have one office that services 3 properties (Chalet Kilauea, Lokahi Lodge, and Volcano Hale). Yes the properties are indeed separate and easily located in minutes by car. You stayed at Volcano Hale. Volcano Hale is a shared property and as such, may experience noise and busy times more so than non-shared facilities. The rooms are efficiency sized and smaller than average. Volcano Hale is a historic property offering basic or simple features for the modest traveler looking for adventure in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. As a basic, historic property, Volcano Hale is our only property offering shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. The property has a rustic, "dated" style true to its era. Although this style may not appeal to all travelers, we're happy to be of service to those travelers that own a travel style with an appreciation for simplicity, self service, and shared areas. We do offer 2 other properties with a modern approach + PRIVATE BATHROOMS, appealing to mainstream travelers: Standard private accommodations at LOKAHI LODGE and Upscale private accommodations at CHALET KILAUEA. All three products (room types) are available for booking under our brand: Kilauea Hospitality Group. de méme dàs le salon pas un canapé ni un fauteuil pour parler confortablement avec les autres occupants

Toutes les chambres de nos chalets Chalet Kilauea et Lokahi Lodge disposent toutes d'un espace où les clients peuvent se détendre. Nous étudierons cette question et nous améliorerons si nécessaire. Chambre de base à eviter
Publié le 26 juill. 2018 sur ExpediaNous avons demandé un changement de chambre pour loger au chalet. C’et Beaucoup mieux et je recommande ces chambres seulement. Les autres font auberge de jeunesse mais nous avons dépassé cet âge.

soirée à Volcano
Publié le 18 juin 2018 sur Hotelsla résidence Volcano Hale fait parti d'un ensemble de trois hébergement. l'accueil ferme à 17h, mais les clefs sont disponibles sous enveloppe. il est situé dans un cadre très agréable au calme entouré de verdure. la chambre est propre et confortable, sanitaires en commun propres, une grande salle commune avec cuisine. l'accueil se fait sur un autre site éloigné de 500m environ.il faut être véhiculé pour se rendre au centre du village afin d'y trouver quelques commerces et restaurants. L'entrée du parc des volcans assez proches mais était fermé suite à l'éruption du Kilauea. les semaines précédents notre arrivée nous recevions régulièrement des mails de KHG, afin de nous tenir informé de l'évolution de la situation du volcan ainsi que des renseignements pour préparer notre voyage.

Accueil 0/10 et le hot tube ressemble plutôt à un freeze tube ! Et les logements sont situés à 1 mile avec un seul hot tube proche de l'accueil

A proximité du parc des volcans
Publié le 3 janv. 2017 sur HotelsBon séjour au demeurant. Accueil un peu limité, pas très accueillant et peu d'informations mais la location tenait ses promesses. Soyez informé de ce qui a faire et voir aux alentours car ce n'est pas a l'accueil que l'on vous aiguillera. Location idéal quand on veut se rendre au parc des volcans tôt le matin ou rester jusqu’à tard le soir quand on a pas forcement de moyen de transport. La chambre est petite et peu accueillante mais parfaite si on ne prévoit que d'y dormir et se reposer avec une expédition.
