Very close to the center and Av Amaral Peixoto but is also close to Shopping Novo and Unimed. Cool and airy place. Workbench for home office and 500MB internet. Parking for your car in front of the house. The apt is 1 bedroom but the living room can be used as a second bedroom as it has a sofa bed and door. Great family trip!
Our group of 12 (5 couples and 2 children ages 5 and 2) had a fantastic time at this lovely home, which has been restored beautifully! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice and we especially loved hanging out on the front porch after dinner. We made dinner at home every night except for one and the kitchen was well equipped along with a great grill. We had to hand-wash dishes because there is no dishwasher, but that was not a big deal. The house is in a very pretty neighborhood about 5 blocks from the beach, so the location was ideal. Thank you for helping us have a great family vacation!!

A Perfect Weekend Getaway
Staci’s house was perfect for our group of 8 friends! Communication was quick and easy from the minute we booked right up to checkout. This amazing house is in a great location, not far from the GSP and walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated, and feels very welcoming with comfy furniture inside and out. The couch was roomy enough for all of us to lounge on after a long day. Towels being placed on the individual beds was a nice touch, and they were so soft and fluffy! There was plenty of kitchenware and condiments were available if we needed them. We all agreed we would definitely rent again, either as a group or with our own families. Thank you, Staci!

This is an absolutely gorgeous home! Each room flows beautifully into the next. There were twelve of us in our party, and we all enjoyed ourselves. Great location if you like to stroll over to the beach and boardwalk. We loved the front porch and the kitchen where we all gathered comfortably.

Staci's home was incredible for our group of 11 to enjoy and relax when we weren't at the beach (about a 10 minute walk way) or enjoying the shopping in Asbury Park. As an added benefit, Staci was sure to have umbrellas, coolers, and anything else we may have forgotten to enjoy our time in the sun.

Beautiful home away from home
The home has been thoughtfully remodeled, with close attention to detail and fun but with comfort in mind. Lots of spaces designed for gathering. Everything was in working order. The only thing missing is a dishwasher that the owner calls out as impossible to have given the plumbing limitations. All in all a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back. Wish I was still there!

Family Vaca in Asbury
This is our 7th year taking family vacations (11 of us) 5th one in Asbury Park. Staci's home was clean, as described, great location. Our family had plenty of room and the front porch was simply our favorite place to hang. Our family biked to and from the beach and all around town. Staci was easy to get ahold of and checked in multiple times. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great Beach Getaway
Great house with room for everyone! I stayed here with a large group of girls and we absolutely loved hanging out on the front and back porches. This home is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and is an easy walk to the beach. The beds were so comfy too!!! No complaints at all! We had a perfect stay and are hoping to come back sometime soon!

beautiful home in a great location
We had a group of 10 adults and this property did not disappoint! It is beautifully decorated, the bedrooms were comfortable and the outdoor spaces were perfect for our group. the front porch has an overhead heater for cool nights and the backyard was great for dining, sitting and games. The kitchen is small but VERY well stocked for cooking eating and drinking. We were able to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants making Asbury a wonderful location for a getaway. Staci is a great communicator, quick to respond and i hope to stay again at this is beautiful home in the future!

Stay here for your next trip to Asbury
Chose to stay here for a weekend for a friends reunion! The house looks just like the photos and has everything you need for a home away from home. This place is great for big groups. All the guests found this home very comfortable, clean and in a great location. The host was always easy to reach and very accommodating.

This house is beautifully maintained throughout. Lots of space to spread out with a large group, walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. It was perfect to host our friends and family who came from out of town for a wedding.

Beautiful home, terrific location!
My siblings and I were in Asbury Park for a family wedding last weekend and we could not have been happier with this house. It can comfortably accommodate a large group with plenty of bedrooms and different spaces to hang out. The large front porch was a favorite spot of ours--complete with a heater for cool mornings/evenings. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the house was spotless! The photos don't do it justice. And the location was just perfect: situated in a quiet, pretty neighborhood, but only a short walk to the boardwalk/restaurants/etc. I highly recommend staying here!

Memorable Family Beach Vacation
Staci’s house was amazingly beautiful. From the moment you pull up you know that it’s a special place. The care and attention to detail is evident throughout the house, whether you want to quietly read in the foyer area or grab the convenient beach cart in the garage to transport your belongings to the beach. The front porch is the perfect spot to gather and drink coffee. Every room is gorgeous and carefully thought out and planned ensuring optimal enjoyment and comfort. It’s an ideal place for a large group of people to have their own space while having plenty of opportunities to gather, make meals, and enjoy each other’s company. We didn’t want to leave. It really was the perfect backdrop for our Jersey shore vacation. And Asbury Park is so vibrant and fun to explore, Staci’s house makes the most amazing home base to what is sure to be a most memorable vacation and Staci was an awesome and responsive host, thank you!.

Staci has a lovely home and has thought of all the details needed for a great beach vacation . The house was clean, comfortable , functional and is decorated beautifully.There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 3 children in our crew ! The back yard is very private and shady , which was perfect to hang out after a day at the beach, which is a short walk away . We highly recommend this home .

Memorable stay
We had a very fun and exciting week stay with family and friends! The home has a lot of character and different types of spaces to congregate (and rest). Don't worry about forgetting to bring things - the house had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay! This was our first time in Asbury Park. The beach and boardwalk are nearby (a drive, bike, or nice stroll away). Many activities, music, restaurants in Asbury. Staci was responsive and communicative. Thank you for a memorable stay!

A Wonderful Family Vacation
My family and I stayed at this 3 story victorian rental house in Asbury Park for our family vacation this year and we will definitely be back! The house offered so many amenities! Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking and enjoying family dinners, a laundry room, victrola with a nice record collection, and a game cabinet with puzzles and a variety of games. The house was very clean so kudos to the cleaning crew! The beds were very comfortable as were the sheets and linens. We all know how important it is to get a good night sleep on vacation. Well with these mattresses we were all very rested. The front porch was relaxing with porch swing and comfy couches. It was a fun gathering space for conversation and games. The back yard was as well. Plenty of seating with adirondack chairs, hanging swing and outdoor table and chairs. We enjoyed our evenings in the private back yard. This house offers 6 bedrooms which is what I needed for my family. The bedrooms are good sizes that offered a variety of sleeping arrangements. They were also uniquely decorated which added to the enjoyment. You can tell a lot of love went into this house. Also 3 bathrooms, one on every floor. The upstairs bathrooms are large, and clean, perfect for my big family. There was also 3 TVs in this house plus lots of reading nooks! This is truly a well equipped charming vacation house. I would definitely recommend it. Staci the owner was available for for all our questions. Her prompt response was very much appreciated. In addition to this lovely home the beach is only 4 blocks away making it within walking distance. My family loved this beach and the boardwalk offering shops, restaurants and gelato! We had a great time. Thanks Staci.
