I sent you both the listing and the welcome letter again showing you that it had been noted and unfortunately missed by you. I appreciated you sending me the old policy letter still attached to our account, when we used to charge more and include the cleaning. That was prior to us using a professional laundry person, professional cleaners and paying the tourist tax on our guest's behalf. (1.50 euro per night per guest). We felt bad that the old policies were still there and corrected the situation for you. I just want people to understand that it was listed once prior to booking and once again in the welcome letter.
