Great place to stay and close to Tail of the Dragon & Pigeon Forge. Can't go wrong going here.....great prices too!

We were in Vonore just for the night and not many choices close by, that being said, this hotel was clean and remodeled and cost effective, so we were content and comfortable staying there. We would do so again if in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay. The surrounding area felt safe,good places to eat,etc. Hotel was clean. They are remodeling and i wont hold that against them. The view was spectacular! I would definitely visit again!

The breakfast was lacking a little. Not a lot to pick and choose from. The hotel has just been renovated with new paint, flooring, beds. Very nice and it smelled new.

My friends and I were in town for a wedding and this is the only hotel for miles around, which is the only reason we still ended up staying. Several of us have booked the reservation months before hand, and when we checked in, they claimed that none of us had paid for the reservation. We presented receipts and confirmation emails, but the only way that they would let us stay is if we showed them our bank statement that had the charge actually on it. Otherwise, they wanted us to pay again. We are not the only guests they did this too. I understand if there are issues with the website or something, but the fact that they are doing it to every person seems sketchy. On top of that, their attitude about it was instantly negative and it was literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We were tired and just needed a place to lay down so we were willing to pay again and asked for a phone number to call to get the charges figured out. The lady at the front desk said, and I quote “ There is no number. You haven’t paid.” When I got to my room, the AC wasn’t on and the room was 90°. So I went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. Their response was to go to my room (as if they didn’t believe me), turn on the AC, and tell me it’ll be cool in a few minutes. Of course I wanted a different room. It eventually happened, but I got a lot of attitude for it. The roomsthemselves were clean. That’s about all they’ve got going on. I wouldn’t stay here if you could help it.

There were several of us who stayed for a wedding at this hotel over the weekend, and ALL of us received terrible service from guest service. Every single one of us had some sort of “problem” with booking, and though several of us prepaid for our rooms, we were all told “you did not pay” despite showing receipts. Some of us were charged more than the or initial booking price. In top of the, the floors were not clean in our room, and there is visible dirt and grime in the elevator and hall ways. I understand they our under renovations at this time, but maybe they just need new management. I will drive the 25 minutes to the other hotel in the future; I will never be staying here again.
