Bra upplevelse och hotellet är fantastiskt fint! Dock börjar det bli slitet då man ser skrapmärken på väggarna där väskor skrapat i väggen, några kakelplattor va borta runt poolområdet och slav runt om i korridorerna.

We have arrived on Saturday during particularly hot and I believe busy day and the check in process took about 30 minutes as que during check in was not properly managed and people were changing ques to get to or pick the reception counter that is moving faster than other. Supervisor or someone from the back office told us that everything that’s nice is worth waiting for which is not suitable comment for paying guests, especially elderly, during check in.
Extremely hot/humid in the hallway and generally air conditioning is not great in the room or in the breakfast restaurant. Ventilation in the elevators does not exist and elevator waiting times can be long. Wall paint in hall ways going to the rooms is peeling off and looks a bit dated, should not be too difficult to refresh. Room itself is fine and mini bar was good. Pool variety and wellness facilities are great and breakfast is really good.
Overall a decent hotel with some opportunities for further improvements to match the Movenpick standard experienced elsewhere

Väldigt fint SPA hotell
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HotelsFint hotell överlag. Väldigt fina pooler med varmt vatten. Många pooler (flera pooler inomhus och utomhus) gör att det inte är för mycket folk i poolerna samtidigt. Vi nyttjade nästan alla typer av massage vilket verkligen var bra. De är både duktiga och prisvärda (veckodagar 20% rabatt).
Mindre bra: kaotisk stämning vid frukosten. Det fanns mycket att välja på men förmågan att tillaga maten kunde vara bättre. Nästan samma mat både frukost och middag under hela vistelsen. Mycket personal på plats och de allra flesta mycket trevliga.
Sammanfattningsvis väldigt fint hotell, rekommenderas.

Excellent in all aspects: rooms, breakfast, pools, spas/saunas … very enjoyable.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room and hotel facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, I found the food options to be somewhat limited and on the simpler side, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, it was inconvenient that the spa only allowed one towel change per day, which could be improved for a more accommodating experience.
