Pool was not open. Given passes to another pool far away from the property??

Front desk was not approachable , no eye contact when checking out. We had opportunity to dine but staff seems not trained not even serving wine bottle , most staff was stretching g many times over bar.
In room bed was not steady and was squeaky on minimun movement , no maintenance after 6pm, no laundry service .
