Curated, Cute & Comfy! Stay at our recently remodeled duplex unit with gorgeous original shiplap walls exposed in the master and living areas. We brought 1912 to 2022 with a stainless steel appliance kitchen, full size smart washer/dryer tower, dishwasher, full size fridge with ice maker, free wifi, a Beverage bar, the Smart TV over the fireplace displays beautiful art when not in use. Everything in the space has been curated to celebrate you, our guest. We are conveniently located downtown Waco

Magnolia Getaway

This property was a great rental for the weekend. The location was great, and the surrounding area was secure and safe. The decorations of the house were really done well. The only items I would consider are that there were no fire alarms that I could find and there were no outlets in the bathroom, which made it hard for the ladies to get ready.

My granddaughter and I loved our rental cottage in Waco. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us-near downtown and plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend this.

Close to The Silos

My daughter and I visited Waco to explore the Silos/ Magnolia market which was only a five minute drive away.The bed was surprisingly very comfortable despite the appearance. The cottage was very cute, just keep in mind it is a renovated older home. It was perfect for out 2 day stay.

Baylor University Doesn't Disappoint 💚💛

Visit to see grandson and watch women's and men's 🏀 basketball games! BU new stadium was amazing. Such fun to spend time, watch games, walk the BU campus. Beautiful weather, great restaurants and town didn't disappoint us! House was great location for our needs' Thank you

Great, cozy spot!

Our family enjoyed the stay for a long weekend visiting our daughter at Baylor. It had plenty of space to relax. We even chose to watch the game at the house since it was raining and we were able to cook her a meal with the pots, pans, etc. available in the kitchen. Great location convenient to everything. Would stay again!
