I understand that the property had some poor reviews in the beginning due to it not being finished. However, I just spent several days here and it is not only complete; but everything from the rooms to the staff working there to the fitness facilities to the location made it one of my now top stays in Waco.

I LOVE this BRAND NEW hotel! It’s extremely clean, smells good, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and ready to assist. They have a wonderful fitness center with top of the line equipment! They even had Pelotons! The bar had very fun vibe in the evening. Beautiful hotel and I will be back again soon with the family! Well done Even Waco… see you soon

Staff was very attentive, clean hotel, the only complain would be is that I did not get my room cleaned, trash removed or new towels. Bed was never made, used the same towels for the last 3 nights. Called the front desk at night to make sure to send someone for the next day and nothing was done.
