There are only two items that were a little frustrating. When we asked for the room to be serviced the second day, towels were replaced and trash removed but they didn’t make up the beds which I thought was unusual. Second, we only ate breakfast once because the service was probably the worst I ever had and I have been in the hospitality business for 40 years (the last 19 in management).

A/C was off or not turned up in the hallways or anywhere except the lobby. Beds were awesome. Room layout was great. Refrigerator was turned down. A/C in the room was off. I would understand if we had not had reservations. This was booked two months ago. Location was good.
