Stayed here while moving our son into his Baylor off campus apt. Great hotel, rooms are so spacious, works well if you are traveling with teenagers or kids. Nice nice staff. Will be back for sure.

Nice hotel, with nice pool thats not in direct sunlight. Water temp was perfect. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was a large bug we killed in the bathroom.

Shady pricing from hotels.com

Home2 suites was an excellent pet friendly clean hotel. However, hotels.com is what I would give a 1 star review for. When searching for a hotel, I checked the box for having a pet with me, how many beds we needed, how many occupants we had, then got our price. Once I went to the hotel, checked in, they told me I needed to pay an additional fee for my pet. It seemed super shady and sneaky to add an additional fee. We picked that hotel because of the price after we checked our animal. Won’t use hotels.com again.

Family trip

Good room and famimy enjoyed pool. Was surprised by pet deposit though said pet friendly when booked. Also, most USB ports in rppm would not work and even some regular plugs which made it hard for recharging phone and devices.

Unpleasant Experience

My 4 day stay wasn’t a great experience for me. This was the first time staying at home 2 Suites. I generally do home wood suites, but was recommended by a reliable source. Parking was horrible never received clean towels had to ask. Room wasn’t clean very good hair was in the shower the thermostat fell off the wall. Never cleaned my room trash was overflowing and still when I called they only offered to bring some towels. No managers or housekeepers were available. They did offer to give points for my inconvenience. Thanks for that but another stay I will have to rethink that
