Encountered several cockroaches in the room even live ones in the bedding. Left the propriety right away and asked them not to charge my card. Of course they charged. Now I have to fight them.

Check in process was easy, we were stranded here for a few days the front desk clerks were very helpful, the rooms could be cleaner and roach free would be good. However the house keeping staff during our stay was very rude! She gave me attitude because I handed her the sheets at the door and asked for clean sheets & extra towels. Very unprofessional.

missing security latch for door, light fixture full of bugs. one light in room out, large roach crawled into bed with me. (water roach) other roach in bathroom sink. a/c worked great, bed was ok a little firm for my taste but sleepable.

DISGUSTING!

Sooo dirty!!! Toothpicks and dead flies in window seals. smears all over the walls holes in the walls it was so digusting will not ever be back.!

Good for the price

We stay at this hotel every time we come to the Waco area. Its always good customer service at front desk, rooms are ok except this time there were a couple "roaches" in room. And there was supposed to be a mini fridge but this time only a microwave. We're hoping these issues get taken care of quickly.
