Property was completely booked and sold out! We did not get to stay and had to book somewhere else

Rooms were not clean items left in refrigerator, ac not working bathroom walls had mold not staying there ever again

We ended up not staying, and having to find a new hotel due tj the room being infested with cockroaches. We took videos and pictures for proof. No one from staff was available to speak to file a complaint, or address the issue.

This property is infected with roaches. Would not recommend anyone to stay here

The front desk receptionist was not at desk took 20 minutes before she came to assist with check in. Hallways on the smoking level were smelling like marijuana. Roaches were climbing on the walls in hallways and in guest room. Mattress’s were very hard.

Worst experience
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAn unexpected surprise to our weekend! We got there with a reservation made way in advance to find out our room had been given to someone else. We got there late ready to shower and rest but ended up on the street at square one looking for a new place to stay. This is a college event weekend so it was hard to find a room. Definitely will not be booking with them again, with a family it was hard to find a place so last minute. Costumer services and desk person needs to be changed she sounded like I was troubling her and woke her up from her nap. An email is not a way to let someone know you’re giving away their room! The reason we get a room is because we are “traveling” if we are driving or at an event who checks their email!!!

Manager was great and it looks alot better than it use to be
