Denise, Thanks for your review. Perhaps for the following accommodation place you book, that it may help to stay yourself and write the most honest review; however, I take this all on board. I realise your husband stayed and not yourself. Correct we were very accommodating. We offered an additional private safe spot to park his trailer so his tools were extra safe with no hesitation. We know the street is very secure, but I provided an additional private area for the safety of no theft. We always like to see happy clients. Please note that it was mentioned to the guest that if you have any issues, he could call me directly; if this did happen, the hot water unit could have been reset in a second. Sorry about any inconvenience with the water. It can get reset at times as it runs too hot for kids, so this may be why. Again, I like to make everyone happy while staying in our cute, old, cosy cottage. Apologies for any cobwebs; I will have the cleaner attend to them immediately. Thanks for that feedback. I looked today and couldn't see any, but you can be sure it is noted. I appreciate your thoughts on the upgrade. The house WILL NOT be upgraded (it has had some work carried out without taking away the unique older flare), as this makes it so cute, Cosy and unique. This is well described to read before you book. It's an older-style cottage that functions very well given its age. People love the uniqueness of the cosy house. However, I understand we all have different tastes. Full of fresh bedding and retro/antiques. If I upgrade, it takes away the place's cute, older rustic feel. May I suggest help with future bookings? Perhaps it would be best to book a new/modern place next time? That suits your interest. I feel the cosy cottage explains its actual description spot on. There is no hot tub mentioned. However, it has a bath/ shower. Not sure of the confusion there. The Cosy Cottage is very well priced, loactaed, and offers much more than the modern motel room.
