Great location, exceedingly helpful staff, unfortunately not as clean as it could be, but overall a nice place to stay.

Happy with stay
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsSpacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Area was quiet and safe. On site parking was convenient. Walkable to cafes and pubs. After a little hiccup with check in we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

Close to all amenities and reasonably priced , plenty of places to eat nearby well , highly recommend

The photos shown are misleading and make it look like the rooms are a lot more modern or renovated. There was no parking available onsite as this was limited even though I flagged it on the booking and was told at the check in desk I should have flagged it so I would get a space. Wouldn’t stay for more than a night.

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry your expectations were not met, I believe the photos online are an accurate depiction of what is offered, we do have a lot of onsite parking, however we do not have assigned parking and don't control if guests bring multiple cars.

For the price it was great value. We liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The spare sofa bed was not easy to assemble as a part was broken. Kids complained about the sofa bed as not comfortable. We did request 2 double beds but were not available.
