New owners are trying hard with limited resources to repair and freshen the property. We've noticed much improvement since our 1st stay a year ago. It's a good, basic accommodation WITHIN Wagner.

This property is near a park with a lake and we were able to enjoy a walk around the lake.

Basic accommodations. Owner (abt. 2 yrs) is slowly improving property. Very clean.
Limited breakfast items - mainly cereal & toast, milk & juice.
If staying for multiple nights, do not expect them to make up the beds.

Mattress was disgusting with stains, the toilet didn’t work half the time and the staff was weird. they kept asking me if i was checking out the day before i was, and even was persistent one time that i was supposed to be out. Also, the 10AM checkout is ridiculous.

Check in: was checked in under wrong person with similar name. They ran my card when the other person with similar name was checking in even though their ID and card was presented. Concerned about process.
