We got everything we needed, but their staff might want to implement a training program so the front desk could work more efficiently with the public and streamline a checkin process.

Would have been more convenient to pay have the option to pay the pet fee up front with the hotel fee.

I was unable to check in or stay in the room that I had booked because there was NO STAFF to check me in! I had to go find another hotel to stay in.

Friendly staff checked me in, clean comfortable basic room with a comfortable bed. All worth the cost

The building is just outdated and needs some repairs. Pool and whirlpool would be nice if they were actually usable.

The place needs a whole new look. Carpets were dirty, towels had dirt and makeup on them. There was either dried blood or rust on the walls and curtains. The hallways were dingy at best. The back door should get locked and have to use a key but youre easily able to get in and out of that door. Staff was ok, but not exactly friendly. Also acted as if we were inconveniencing them when asking for clean towels. Had to go to Walmart and get blankets as the bedding didnt seem clean.
