Short trip
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat traditional bach dating to 1957. Everything we needed was there. No dishwasher but not really needed. My only gripe I kept banging my head on the low hanging name sign over the middle of the back door.

Great place to stay in a fantastic Waikanae location
Publié le 18 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayGreat place to stay in a fantastic Waikanae location - 2 mins to the beach, playground, cafes; 5 mons to the bakery, fish and chip shop, and start of the river biking trail.
Fully fenced - fantastic for kids and our dog! Big grassy section, lots of room to play, lots of sunshine to play in, and sheltered from the beach wind.
Great facilities - had everything we needed, heat pump, kitchen stuff, great shower etc. The double bed was a bit hard for me, my husband didn't mind it though.
Bachcare....they were busy at the time....however they didn't send through details for our arrival until I called them on the morning of our check-in day....

Cozy & Dog Friendly
Publié le 28 avr. 2021 sur HomeAwayI had to move out of my home for the floors to be polished - 3 days, 2 dogs and a teenager. It was a relief to find something so cozy and be able to bring my animals with me. Early walks on the beach, coffee down the road and peace and quiet. What a joy!!
