What sets 16B apart from the rest? Location, amenities and service. I live on Island and can assist with any issues or questions. Halii Kai Unit 16B is right across from the clubhouse. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of this 2 bedroom 2 bath ground level condominium with amazing ocean, golf, and sunset views from the lanai. Halii kai is the only ocean front complex in Waikoloa. Our guests rate us 5 stars and we constantly strive to keep that rating. Just bring your bathing suit, we provide the rest. The Master suite has a king size bed and the guest room has two twins that can be made in to a king. Everything you need is in the condo, snorkel and beach gear including a cooler. We have tennis racquets and even a basketball for your use. Park the car and use the beach cruisers provided for your use.
This Halii Kai property includes free designated parking. Our unit has a separate laundry room with large washer and dryer, complimentary wireless high speed internet, outdoor BBQ grill, and flat screen televisions in living room and master bedroom. The furniture and decorations have been selected by a professional decorator and the art is from acclaimed local painter Pat Leo and photographer Bruce Omori.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals while on vacation we even supply your morning coffee!.
Enjoy a short walk,(100 yards) from your lanai to the Halii Kai Ocean Club featuring a 180 degree ocean front view of the pacific ocean, a large multi level infinity swimming pool, waterfalls, a heated lava rock spa, as well as a poolside bar and restaurant featuring a variety of dining options including fresh local produce. The restaurant is also known for the best burgers along the Kohala Coast and the bartenders definitely know how to mix a great drink. Fitness buffs can enjoy a game of tennis or breathtaking ocean sunsets while working out at the clubs open air ocean front fitness facility.
The Ocean Club is also one of the best places on the island for whale watching. In addition to Halii Kai's on site facilities, there are nearby beaches and shopping within walking distance including the King's and the Queen's shopping centers with numerous restaurants ranging from elegant to fast food, art galleries, shops and boutiques. Don't miss the islands best grocery store and deli at the Queen's Center featuring fresh fruit, homemade desserts and made to order salads, sandwiches, and pizza. There is also a wine tasting room serving local wines of the islands. Enjoy this beautiful condo and bury your toes in our warm Pacific sand.
***There is a resort fee of $25 a day and this is not included in our rates. This is for the use of the pool, workout room, and tennis courts and is payable to the office when you arrive. Check in time is 3PM and checkout is 10:30 am

Wonderful Vacation
I am late in a review but still remembering a wonderful week. The property was clean and spacious, and the location was nearly oceanfront. We stay in a Maui property on the water, so a short walk (100 yards) is not the same but a modest effort. The host was fabulous in communication, and I have never had such attention to our stay. Truly a great host. I really appreciate the kitchen supplies, spices etc. It made it feel like our home. Thanks!

This condo was all that we needed and more. Great location. Very comfortable. Had a bunch of beach stuff to use including boogie boards. Great pool and bar within walking distance. Overall well worth it. Mahalo.

Wonderful condo, perfect location next to the pool and easy access to fisherman’s trail. Plenty of beach gear and a well stocked kitchen. Maureen was very easy to communicate with and responded to the few questions we had immediately. Will definitely stay here again!

Hosts has pretty much thought of everything. Extra towels, all types of beach items, fully stocked kitchen. Location is close to Ocean Club and has a partial ocean view. Furniture and decor was perfect. Bikes were a plus.

Lovely Ocean View from Lanai
This 2 bed/2 bath condo was a perfect size for 4 adults. Well appointed and very comfortable. Close to pool and restaurant/bar, which has an outstanding ocean view. The landscaping in this property is so beautiful. We so enjoy this place, and will be returning very soon.

This stay was our 6th in Hali'i Kai condo. The condo is in a great location across from the Ocean Club with a fantastic ocean view. We watched the sun set from the comfort of our lanai. Overall, the unit is comfortable and well equipped. We would stay again.

We were very pleased with the location, amenities and Condo! Loved hanging out by the pool to watch the sunset. Enjoyed live music on Saturday and Sunday evenings. I rented this condo for my in-laws for our multi family trip to hawaii staying in Halii Kai. This condo was located near the club house for east access. Condo was very clean and had everything you could need. We would rent here again!

Kona not in the center of tourists
Didn’t want to be in Kailua Kona (most condensed populated area of tourists). Was looking for a resort type feel with full kitchen. This property had that. The restaurant where the pool is located/clubhouse, had good food good drinks and nice atmosphere. Sunsets were great! The resorts were walking distance towards Queens Market so a nice dinner was easy to locate. The dolphins quest is brilliant and swimming with the mantas is close by as well. Make sure you check them out. Love this side of the island. Had a great time will be back. Thank you

Maureen's vacation rental was fabulous the photos on the site don't do justice to the property it has everything and more than you need the pool is not really kid friendly but it's okay we just walked over to the Hilton and swam there about 5min walk away you will be to busy to be swimming anyway there is so much too do on the big island we loved it

Quiet get-away
This unit was perfectly situated close to the pool, gym and restaurant. It has a nice view from the lanai. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for the beach!! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen:) and listening to music using the Bluetooth speaker in the condo. The washer/dryer was great as it allowed us to launder beach towels and personal items. The guest bonder provided excellent tips for beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There are many convenances included such as beach gear and kitchen gear including a k-cup machine. Also a great pillow selection between the two rooms The ceiling fans all worked great and are easy to use. The location in Halii Kai is perfect and walk from car was only 30 ft or less. It’s clean and well appointed. We will stay here again. My only suggestion would be to add a stronger fan to the large bath. It steams up quite a bit in there

location was perfect-close to the pool, covered parking, in heart of resort area with seaside path available to walk to other resorts. Property was very clean and the pool excellent. Only opportunity seen was to get plastic spatulas (have stainless ones that ruin pans) and a regular toaster. Had a toaster oven which worked to make toast, but would have liked it better with one. Loved all the spices that were available and the shampoo, trash bags-these are all items that go beyond a normal VRBO and makes this place special. The swimming closet (beach closet full of supplies) is another example of a place that goes beyond.

Perfect location for a wonderful stay on the Big Island!
Beautiful property in the perfect location to enjoy the island. We found gorgeous snorkeling beaches very close to us. The unit is well stocked and just across the street from the pool, restaurant and ocean. Couldn’t have asked for more! As a side note, we ate at the restaurant three times in our week stay because it was that good!
