Pour : La configuration de la maison ! Spacieuse avec une petite terrasse, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. De plus le beau temps était présent.
Contre : Désinsectisation ! Il y avait des moustiques et des fourmis dans les salle de bain...!
Emplacement : Quartier résidentiel.... Que demandez de plus !
A proximité de la piscine, du "queen's market" ou il y a des restaurants, de quoi se procurer un minimum au niveau alimentaire, de belles boutiques, un bon parcours de marche !

Was overall nice stay, but there were cheaper options locally with more space. Ad said they slept 6, was expecting three bedrooms, but they had two bedrooms with a foldable cot in the closet of second bathroom.

Overall, the accommodations were very nice. The upstairs shower was outdated; the floor was discolored and looked dirty. The 2 couches were a bit uncomfortable, but the pillows helped. We had a problem with the toilet downstairs and maintenance was there twice to fix it. We appreciate them taking care of the problem. The ladies at your office were very nice and helpful. Liked the privacy and quiet of the gated community. We enjoyed our stay.

I would like to begin this review by saying we were very grateful to be in Hawaii and know how lucky we are. This is more of an alert to keep looking before renting this property. We have rented several homes and condos on the big island and this one had quite a few challenges. This is the first rental that had no beach equipment at all, very unusual and inconvenient. The beds were old and lumpy, no pillowcases for the master bed, the air didn’t work and was set at 75 degrees which made for some hot nights, kitchen and the whole house was was poorly stocked. The owners went cheap on everything and it showed! The condo development was quiet and the grounds and pool area were well cared for, the owner of the condo should follow there care. The woman that checked us in was quite nice and explained everything well. All in all, I wouldn’t rent this again for the price knowing there are WAY better options out there.

We thought the management was very responsive to our needs. They were polite, positive and helpful when we made requests or had questions. The grounds are lovely and the size of the condo was perfect for a family of 5 (3 teenagers). The pools were also lovely and clean. There were ample lounge chairs for people and the pool area was spacious. Garbage/recycling was nearby. The cons would be the fact that the hot tub was closed the last 2 days of our trip (for tile repair). Our condo unit was quite disappointing. The sofa bed was also very uncomfortable. One of our sons had to sleep on it folded up. The condo was supposed to sleep 6 (two on the sofa bed) but there is no way 2 people could have slept on it. Also, this specific condo lacked many of the basic items (i.e. broom, frying pan, tongs, baking tray, spray cleaner for the counters). The condo we stayed in last year was well stocked, which was why we came back this year. Management said it was up to the owners to stock the basic items. We would not stay in this one again (1703).

probably wouldn’t stay again
Publié le 5 janv. 2020 sur HotelsNot so good. The sofa sleeper was in terrible condition. We ended up having to purchase an air mattress in order to sleep.
The hotel left a baby crib in our condo by accident. They called about 4 times and emailed at least twice after I had given them permission to go in and retrieve it. I didn t appreciate being bothered that many times on my first day of vacation. And then we actually got locked out at one point. The door code was changed two days before we were due to check out. Lucky for us we returned early that day while the office was still open so they could provide the door code- otherwise I m not sure what would have happened.

The miscommunication on the part of the team members will be addressed and the owner will be recommended to change the sofabed. It is unfortunate that the code didn't work a few days before you left. Should this ever happen in the future then a call to our office gets you to the manager who may provide a new code to you including after office hours.
