Kappelli by the beach

Allan and Annie welcome you to their recently built separate sleep out on their property. The large room has a queen size bed with an ensuite. Their place is in a quiet street.
There is a TV, fridge and tea/coffee facilities with continental breakfast included.
We are 30 minutes from Dunedin City so it is nearby if you are wanting to go to events in town.
We are 500m walking from a beautiful beach. There is also a great lagoon walkway nearby with a lot of birdlife in the Hawksbury lagoon.

    The hosts were friendly and helpful and the place was clean and tidy. It was lovely to have a breakfast included with a selection of cereals, jams and yoghurt.

    arrived with milk,juice jam spread bread all supplied plus a bown with selection of fruit. chocolate bars on pillow. would and will stay there again. thank you hosts who even introduced themselves and made sure everything was ok.

    The hosts Annie and Alan went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Annie left special treats for us and both gave us detailed information and attractions for the area. They were vey caring and the accommodation was excellent.
