Wildernest is a second home
Publié le 25 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed at Wildernest many times and it has always been perfect in every way. The hosts have been wonderful and the property is beautiful inside and out. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!

Amazing location, clean and spacious chalet
Publié le 3 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayWe were looking for a place close to Indianhead because we have little kids and wanted to be able to have some adults stay back during nap time or be able to travel to the hill easily throughout the day. You can’t beat the location, it was very clean, the hosts were extremely responsive and kind. We had a blast using the toboggan run too.

Ski Chalet - perfect for families
Publié le 8 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayIt was a great place. We loved the cozy 1960.'s vibe and the space of the place. The toboggan run was a hit with our kids 11,9,7. Communication was great with Jennifer. WE loved our stay and can't wait to be back.

Wonderful stay at the Wildernest
Publié le 6 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay at the Wildernest (lower unit) during our first trip to the UP for skiing. The unit was very clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The location is very picturesque and was perfect with Indianhead so close by. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so in the future.

Great for families with kids and friends
Publié le 1 mars 2021 sur HomeAwayWe wanted a long weekend stay, close to the ski hill. We also needed room for teenagers and wanted to connect with our friends. This property allowed both families to have space yet socialize together! A short drive for cross country skiing as well. We will be back!

Thank you for your nice review. It was a pleasure working with you. I often forget about the cross county aspect of our place, so thank you for mentioning it. I'm so glad that your friends got to rent the upper and you got to rent the lower so you could all be together, yet have your own space-it is one of the things that I think is unique about our place. I'm so glad you had a great time and even got to use the toboggan run. It's alot to pack into a few days but it seems like you did! Thank you again!

Perfect Location for Snowmobilers!

Easy communication
Publié le 2 janv. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had a few minor issues , but easily worked out and no big deal. Pretty area, close to ski hills. Footsteps could be heard from upper level but not a problem and to be expected with a two flat.

Thank you for your review. I know that sounds from the upper unit can be an issue so that's why I really like it when the same party rents both units! It's really nice that you can go inbetween both units using the stairway inside the building.
