Condescending staff, just barely clean.
Publié le 13 oct. 2023 sur HotelsWhen we arrived we found a locked door with a self check-in QR code, upon scanning it we didn't have the required information. I called the number on the door and the host that answered was rude and condescending. Stated that they had emailed the instructions four times. I checked my inbox and spam no emails were found. He then finally validated my reservation and gave me the access code and room number.
The room was just ok, the beds seemed clean but the inside of the toilet was not and there was a chipped nail and some debris on the floor. Also before going to bed we found that the rooms window had been left unlocked.

Easy access with door codes. Extra towels and coffee readily available. Quiet comfortable room.
