Waterfront, Family and Pet Friendly, Sleeps 15, Pool Table

Our beautiful and spacious Lakefront home has over 200 feet of sandy, private beach on a quiet cove in East Wakefield, New Hampshire. Located on the lovely Belleau Lake, our all season home provides a home away from home.
The Game Room is right off the Living Room and has an Pool Table, Dart Board, Bar, TV and propane fireplace for relaxing and having fun. New Flat Screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom.

Both the Living Room and the Game Room open up to the 15’ x 24’ Deck with a BBQ Propane Grill. Come, sit on our Deck, and relax while you gaze at the beauty of the lake or the amazing sky on a clear and starry night.

On the Main Floor, there is a full bath with 3 bedrooms. Downstairs is a ¾ bath with a shower, a washer/dryer for convenience, 1 bedroom plus 3 extra beds and a single pull out couch.

There is parking for multiple cars, filtered water, a music system, Roku entertainment, DVDs, games and Wireless Internet

Outside you can enjoy swimming; fishing off the dock (Belleau Lake is well known for its abundance of large mouth bass, perch, and sunfish) or just relaxing in the sun. Bring your boat, canoes, kayaks, floats and enjoy the crystal clear lake. There is plenty of open space to play your outdoor games. At night, make a fire in the fire pit and roast marshmallows under the stars.

Within 1 hour you can be hiking the White Mountain Forest, canoeing down the Saco River, shopping and site seeing in North Conway and Jackson. Don't forget Storyland for the children. Try your hand at mountain coasting at Mount Cranmore or Attitash. Play miniature golf in North Conway. Lake Winnepausaukee, Weirs Beach or Saco, ME are within a 45 minute drive. Why not take a drive along the beautiful Kankamangous Highway or Bear Notch Road or take a hike thru Rocky Gorge or up to the famous Sabbaday Falls. Don't forget to check out Castle in the Clouds about 30 minutes away.
In an hour ,if you travel East, you can visit Wells Beach, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, on the Maine coastline.

A week away from the farm!
This was a great property to escape our busy schedule for a week, tons of things to keep kids busy while adults relaxed. We all enjoyed pool, darts, and the incredible patio right on the water! The house was very spacious for the 10 of us and the huge kitchen made cooking a breeze. Kids are begging to go back!

Fantastic Vacation
This property is exactly as listed - there were 8 adults and one infant in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us! This is definitely a "home" and not a "camp". the kitchen was well stocked with cooking apparatus as well as plenty of dishes/cups/silverware and for a rainy day, the home was filled with movies and games of all kinds. The back of the property is as spectacular as it looks - we brought a boat, two canoes, 4 kayaks as well as yard games and a movie projector/screen and there was still plenty of space for everyone as well as the dogs! Our host Linda was always immediate with her responses to any of my questions and provided so much helpful information. We loved this property and there is already talk about coming back in the future :)

lakehouse with an amazing view
The house was a great place to stay at. it came stocked with pots and pans and a few spices, paper towels and toilet paper. we had a group of 9 adults and 3 kids and we never felt crowded. The view from the back of the house is amazing. the property is right on the lake. great for morning coffee and basking in the great outdoors. the bedrooms were a decent size and we didn't feel cramped. Linda the owner is very quick with responses so your not left to wonder. please remember that being this far out, you won't have cell phone coverage. they do have wi-fi so that is good. but when you're away on vacation with amazing scenery, it's best not to be on the phone the whole time. you do need to bring your own sheets and towels. blankets are provided. I would definitely recommend this house.

What a fun week!
This house was the perfect place for multiple families to vacation together! It is very spacious and had more than enough room for our family of 11 people. The kitchen was stocked with any cooking tools/appliances you could need and there was ample food storage. Game room was awesome!! Perfect place for adults to have fun at night and a place to keep the kids toys out of the way. TVs with Netflix/Hulu was a huge bonus. Lakefront was beautiful and the sandy beach perfect for small kids. We were already planning our stay for next year!

Amazing home on the lake - great weekend!
Communication with the property owner was very easy and effective. The property itself was very well maintained and there were plenty of beds for our group. We really enjoyed the outdoor space with the really nice beachfront and fit pit. The home also had plenty of privacy and ample indoor space if the weather was not so great!

Perfect spot to relax
This camp sleeps many, with large, open areas for all to gather as well. The beach is perfect for littles to bigs, as it is gradual and sandy. Linda is quick to respond to questions and is a true sweetheart to work with. The lot is large, the lake is smaller, making it perfect for kayaking as pontoon boats and speedboats are present, but it just doesn’t seem busy, which I love! This truly is a great spot to vacation with family!

Love this place!
We just returned from our 4th year vacationing at the NH Lake House. We have a big family ranging in age from age 4 through age 65 and this home is perfect. The beach is great for the little ones and the older folks and the home itself has everything we could want, especially the secluded nature of the beach area. The dock is wonderful to fish off of and the kids spent many hours there. The kitchen is big and open even with 3-4 of us cooking at once, the open great room is awesome for all of us to be in without being crowded, and the game room is a popular hang out for all. This home is very well maintained and Linda is great to work with. I highly recommend this property for family vacations.

This property is peaceful and absolutely beautiful..Plenty of room and lots of fun.
My wife and I, along with another couple and their two children, were given the opportunity to spend a long weekend here. We all had a blast. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great but that didn’t matter there was plenty to do. The home includes an awesome game room with 1 full size pool table, a bar, dart board and a sterio system with blue tooth capabilities.. all top of the line stuff, it was great. Another favorite were the built in gas fire places.. they look so cool and throw off a lot of heat, if needed. They are controlled by regular wall mounted thermostats and there’s three all together- one in the game room, one in the master bedroom, (both built into the walls) and another big one in the living room.. state of the art stuff. The home is on a large piece of property that includes a perfect size beach. It is deep into the woods but not at all isolated.. there are some neighbors. Mornings outside are beautiful and quite.. I can’t wait to come back.

Awesome NYE Weekend!
My friends and I rented this house for New Years Eve weekend and we loved it. Pictures don't do it justice! The house is even better in person. The game room is on the main floor which I didn't expect but was so pleased about. The open concept kitchen/living room with the game room off the living room made for a perfect entertaining space! Our group of 12 was more than comfortable and we never felt on top of each other. Would love to rent this house in the summer!

The perfect tucked away spot on a quiet, friendly lake
This camp leaves nothing to be desired. Big, beautiful, spacious main rooms and deck to be enjoyed together. The beachfront area and yard was perfect for everyone in the family! We kayaked, took the dog and grandkids for walks, picked berries along the camp road as we walked! Sandy beach with plenty of room for the littles and their sand toys. My son in law and grandkids fished off the dock. They caught a bass, a pickerel, a catfish and some sun fish all within about an hour one evening! Great communication from our hostess/ property owner. We just loved it. All of it.

The property is beautiful, very well equipped kitchen , Great privacy
We rented for 2 weeks with our large extended family ( up to 14 of us on some days) and we never once felt cramped , everyone had a place to sleep and to have a moment to themselves, the kids were in the water everyday ( even the cooler day we had) . Many of us enjoyed fishing and caught some big bass. We just loved the space in the kitchen and the pool table was a big hit for young and old. We can't wait to return again!
