Nice Bavarian cultural hotel with local foods. Lunch comes with limited options. Dinners were usually ok except one day. If you don't eat meat it is a bit hard to find something suitable to you. You may need to request room cleaning if you need. Great place for kids, they can navigate themselves above 3yo.

Die Einrichtung wäre eigentlich wunderbar. Tolle Mitarbeiter, phantastisches Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wäre nicht die schizophrene Einstellung zu der eigentlich eindeutigen Mischung von Kindern zu Rauchern.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön, sauber und die Zimmer recht modern. Das Angebot gerade für Kinder ist klasse. Beim Service ist noch gewaltig Luft nach oben, Check in ist Punkt 15 Uhr check out Punkt 10 wenn man länger bleibt kostet es 60€ danach darf man auch keine Einrichtung des Hotels mehr nutzen. Gut alles (sogar Poolhandtücher) wird eine extra Gebühr verlangt.

Sehr gutes Hotel, hat auf jeden Fall seine 3 Sterne voll verdient. Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.

Das Personal war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Frühstücksbüffet in der Lobby und die weit entfernt liegenden Restauranträume ohne zugeteilte Tische sind sehr ungünstig. Alles zu eng und zu knapp für soviel Gäste.

Für ein Familienhotel waren manche Dinge nicht so gut. Wie der Stillraum in den man sogar von Essraum einsehen konnte. Dinge die auf alten Bewertungen schon kaputt waren die immer noch kaputt sind. Sehr viele Rentner. Wenn viele Kinder da sind finde ich eine Betreuung bischen wenig.

Gut hat mir gefallen, dass auf Wünsche eingegangen wurden, z.B. die Verschiebung der Essenszeiten (Corona bedingt gab es 2 verschiedene Zeiten). Die Anmeldung zur Schwimmbadnutzung empfinde ich in dem Fall positiv, da dieses sonst schnell überfüllt ist. Unser Zimmer war mehr als geräumig! :) Für uns ideal gelegen mit Blick auf den Spielplatz und keine weiten Wege im Haus. Etwas negativ, leider corona bedingt, war das Müllaufkommen durch das Verwenden von Einmalhandschuhen (diese lagen dann tw. auch draußen raum), oder z.B. separat in Frischhaltefolie verpacktes Müsli am Morgen. Ist natürlich schwierig, beides umzusetzen. Hygienevorschriften und Umweltschutz. Eventuell könnte man Mittags ein zweites warmes Gericht anbieten. Es war nicht unbedingt immer etwas für alle dabei (z.B. Vegetarier).
