Publié le 15 août 2018 sur HotelsHôtel sympa, j'avais un problème avec ma passe on m'a tout suite changé de chambre. Beaucoup de choix de Petit déjeuner, très grand chambre je suis pas déçu.

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsMy stay was horrible. My family and i got to the hotel at btwn 1-1:30am Sunday morning. The guy in the front was very pleasant. The rooms was another story. A roach greated us as we enter the room. The smell was another. My sisters the clean freak get to cleaning the room. There was roach in the ice tray, i open the cabinet door to where the refrigerator and microwave wave is and roaches where running everywhere. There were food on the curtains. The floor look like it hasn't been mop in months, there were dry food on the floor. The bed sheets looked old with a lot of satins. This teaches me " NEXT TIME BRING SHEETS FROM HOME". I had to go downstairs to the receptionist to ask for airfreshner. The guy gave me a bottle of fabreeze, which i use to spary the carpet and curtains. This only keep the smell away for a couple of hours. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children with healt conditions.

I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. First day i got double charged and our requested jacuzzi tub didnt work. The General manager has a serious attitude problem towards customers. He walked away from customers problems and said General management don't work weekends and left. They changed my room the next day and the jacuzzi tub worked, but one of the jets popped out and hit me in the back. The manager April returned my money and she made the stay pleasant with her kind acts.
