Great Cozy Place
Posted Jun. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayWe were in the area for a baseball tournament and this property was exactly what we needed. Just my husband and I stayed to travel back and forth to the fields. When we weren’t watching baseball we enjoyed the property amenities. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

We were not notified of any construction from the neighborhood prior to it happening. We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like road construction are simply out of our control. There is also an additional exit and entrance, we provide a map in our binder in the home, Unfortunately, your request for a refund did not occur within our cancellation policy, so we were not able to honor this request.We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.

This was a very cozy place to stay at! We really had an amazing time staying in this place. The only thing I would say is that the bed and pillow are not very comfortable and it would be awesome if they get better ones. Other than that, they place is really nice. Small but perfect for a couple with no kids.

Posted May 13, 2022 on HomeAwayThe accommodations were just fine. I do recommend purchasing a new mattress...that one is quite lumpy and not comfortable. I would also suggest new kitchen utensils and dishware. We couldn't find dinner plates, just salad plates. And new towels. The location is perfect and the amenities of Lake Arrowhead and great. Just need some updates and a new mattress for sure. Thanks! We enjoyed our stay.

In town for a lacrosse thing
Posted Jan. 23, 2022 on HomeAwaySmall but cozy, very homey with an extremely accommodating host! We had a beautiful fire, watched Netflix left behind a few beer caps in the wall hanging “the best beer is an open beer”. Enjoyed a lovely dinner at the golf club. All in all a great stay!

Cozy
Posted Nov. 15, 2021 on HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay and Kensey was a wonderful host. Lots of special touches, tasteful decorations and even a cute Christmas tree! Would love to stay again in the future.
