A little dated and the rooms could use a refreshening, especially the bathrooms but overall is clean and the bed was comfortable.
I asked for a first floor room and they accommodated but gave me an "accessible" room. I was so exhausted from 12 hours of traveling and it was late at night so I didn't bother to ask for a different room. They put me directly across from the elevators so I could hear people talking. Next time I think at check-in reception should explain the room so the guest can have a choice to either take it or keep the original room they were going to get.
The gym was good - had various machines as well as free weights.
The breakfast was ok - typical fare of eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.
Overall was a pleasant stay.
