First room smelled like urine. Second room had a toilet w/ vomit or diarrhea crusted on seat. Our 3rd room was clean. Apparently, they had fired a housekeeper that morning . On day 3, three men knocked on the door, stated “housekeeping” and entered w/ a key. My two teen girls were in the room alone and shut/bolted the door before they could get in. Apparently they were the maintenance crew needing to inspect for a water leak. Hotel Manager should have notified us or waited for 30 minutes until we had checked out. When we spoke w/ the manager she was highly defensive and unapologetic. First and last stay at Comfort Inn. Atrocious cleanliness and customer service.

I Appolgized several times to your husband & you ,even he told me that guys were in the room that was not true They knocked door first &open after no response & did not enter as soon as they notice somebody in room.I checked both rooms after you moved , nothing was wrong with rooms. still appologized sevral times.

Super clean and very accommodating during the power outrage we had after the tornado. Put us and our pups in a room when we had no power at home. Comfortable beds and great a/c!

Room itself looked dirty, dirty walls, carpet, bathroom. Only thing we liked was that it’s close to the beach, 4 minute drive to public parking at Pompanos. Parking at knight was very limited so get back early.

Wrong Hotel, we are in Waller Karina was not our guest & never stayed here . We are not the location she mention. we are 1& 1/2 hour away from beach .Our location is in Waller , TX. I am requesting Expedia to remove this Review out of our property.

It was a super clean hotel. Unfortunately, and no fault of the hotel, the fire alarm went
off because someone burnt a toast at 830 in the morning. Overall, I would stay there again.
