The property is nice, costumer
Services they take forever to answer the phone they don’t have enough shower chairs for disabled people, cleaning room you have to request a day in advance, I requested mine and they never went to clean it

Lovely hotel with a nice store with food, drinks, alcohol and necessities. Delicious breakfast included with the stay. Only complaint was a black hair in the shower with a leaky faucet. The shower curtain liner was dirty at the bottom.

Posted Aug. 19, 2024 on HotelsRoom itself is very large. We got the two bedroom suite. There were some tacks in the walls and what looked like coffee stains. Very light you really didn’t notice them unless you were close. I just happen to notice them because I decorated the room for a sleepover for my daughter, sweet 16 Birthday. The beds were very clean. The space was large enough. The room sleeps six comfortably, but you probably can get more with the sleeper couch in the living room. Had a nice view. The parking situation is horrible. You either have to pay $30 for valet parking or you have to pay for personal parking which is up to $24 daily. I would definitely suggest finding parking elsewhere if you can. There is a BART parking structure across the street, but if you want to Gamble that’s up to you. The staff was great. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel used to be a nice place to visit partly because the inside had paths and water features, plants and fish. With the remodel it become a very sterile looking place that has no character.
Next time you remodel, put more effort into cleaning up the rooms rather than changing what makes these hotels stand out from the crowd.
