The property is really pretty, and the rooms extremely spacious. However the internet is terrible, trying to watch anything via their television is almost impossible with the constant buffering. The breakfast was great, but you HAVE to use the valet which is super annoying. Extremely walkable area though. Water pressure in the bathroom was extreme and the shower set up is terrible, water gets everywhere. But the cost, coupled with the walkability, large rooms and free breakfast was worth it

The lady at the counter for check in was a bit rude. I found out they were giving me a room on the main floor intended for the hearing impaired. It was a nice room, but the lights would not turn off.. The alarm in the neighboring empty room went off early in the morning and did not stop squealing for 20 min.
The breakfast was delicious and made up for the other issues. The man who was in charge of vallet parking was very thoughtful and helpful.

Likes: friendly staff, in room amenities, cleaness, proximity to BART ane freeway.
Wish the bed was firmer. Other residents wouldnt make loud noises after midnight.

Great property. Some rooms can hear the BART but it just sounds like swooshing… maybe like white noise for some.
