Tye at the front desk … AWESOME. SO HELPFUL. property is dated a bit. Hard to keep the room cool at night. Construction above our room started each morning. Annoying. Had concierge access but very little in there for snacks in the evening which was a bummer. House keeping was on point and friendly. Overall. Decent. Wouldn’t brag about this place. Will probably try another property next trip

Matthew, it's good to hear your words of praise for Tye and our housekeeping team who endeavored to enhance your stay. However, it's disappointing that certain aspects didn't live up to your expectations. We will strive to make improvements to aspects such as maintaining room temperature and enhancing the variety in our concierge services. Additionally, we deeply regret the disturbance from the construction work and will work towards minimizing such impacts. Instead of "bragging", we prefer delivering a memorable stay experience and hope to have an opportunity to reflect that on your next visit.

All of my interactions with the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was really convienent to 680 and downtown Walnut Creek shopping and restuarants. The facility itself is older but overall I had no issues and would stay here again.

Great experience at the Marriot. It was just a one night, but we loved the beds which were very comfortable. I love to walk so when I saw that Target was only a 10 minute walk, I hopped on the opportunity. The area is easily walkable. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious as well.
