I booked the hotel online the night before with no problems. When I got to the hotel the next evening, it was closed--there was yellow tape around the entrance and a closed sign on the door. There was no one there to ask about what happened (fire??), so I had to leave. It was sad because I really like to stay here.

Television didn't work. Couldn't get on Wi-Fi. No breakfast to go bags, no coffee. When you walked in to register it smelled very good. Nice gal at front desk when I arrived. Evening guy was terrible and rude.

All TV's on the back end of the hotel don't work.

I was told that ever since a storm took out the TVs, the TVs on the lower end of the hotel do not work. Also you must go up to the top floor to get ice since the ice macnhine does not work on the main level. The front desk clerk was very accomodating offering to give me another room at the front of the hotel. HUsband was too tired to pack everything up and move Then at 7 am the personnel came to the room and knocked on the door to give us a new TV cable box. By the time my husband woke up and got to the door, they were using the key and coming in. Mind you 7 in the morning!!!

Rooms need cleaned better

Easy access, right off the highway, but nothing else to do nearby. Due to COVID19 we decided to clean before we got comfortable and couldn’t believe how disgusting even the high touch surfaces in the room was. The shower drain looked like it had blood, it was just gross. I was disappointed I was still charged full price for the room but no free breakfast, could have discounted or at least done a carry out type breakfast.

Yellow ring around tub and bottom of tub had a lot of black stains
